Is Vono a licensed TVDE operator?
Yes. Vono operates in accordance with Portuguese law and guides its partners to always work within the legal framework applicable to each service.
What do I need to get started?
Just get in touch with us. We review your profile, your documents and your vehicle to suggest the most suitable partnership model.
Do I need a TVDE card?
It depends. If you want to work in TVDE, yes. If you don't have one yet, we help guide the whole process. For those who only want to do Transfers, the requirements are different.
What do I have to pay to work with Vono?
In the TVDE + Transfers model, the slot is 25€/week. On Transfer services, a commission applies to the services completed. There is also a specific model for drivers who work exclusively with Transfers, subject to the driver's profile and the vehicle's eligibility. All amounts and conditions are presented before you join.
How do I know how much I'll earn?
At Vono there are no hidden accounts. We explain in advance how payments are calculated, the VAT and all the amounts involved. You also track your services and earnings through the Vono App.
Can I earn more than just with Uber and Bolt?
Yes. Beyond the TVDE platforms, Vono seeks to create opportunities through Transfers, corporate mobility, tourist experiences and other services compatible with your profile.
